The conditions of booking :

The booking is valid only when the prepayment is received on the account of the company APART-CENTER . After that, you will be sent by email a voucher which is the final confirmation of the booking.

On the day of arrival to the apartment it will be necessary to show booking confirmation voucher, pay the rest of the amount for all stay(that means : Full amount minus prepayment ) as well as local taxes.

Customer will be asked to pay a sum of 300-500 PLN as a guarantee deposit which will be given back at the end of stay if No damage has been made on the appartement , its furniture and equipment.

It will not be allowed to accomodate more people that was written on the booking voucher.

In case of booking cancellation, prepayment is not refundable.

Smoking is not allowed in the Apartment. Only on its balcony.

Only one parking place is given for each apartment .

Checking times: Check-in : 17.00 ( 5 PM ) Check-out : 11.00 ( 11 AM ) GMT+1

The client is fully responsible for any damage made .The client has to cover all the cost of repair.

By booking the apartment, the client aknowledges and confirm that he fully understands the above conditions and will respect them.

For your information: a local tax of 1,50 PLN/ person/day is requested to be paid in city Zakopane and will be added to your bill .
